RULES AND WORKFLOW
Please read all the following information carefully to understand how we work and avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
At European Muses, we receive requests from photographers, producers, and companies looking to book models for various projects. Sometimes they ask for specific models featured on our website (where your profile appears), and other times they rely on our personal recommendations.
To maximize your opportunities, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow these simple steps:
2. Respect Our Promotional Work
When we create promotional material for you, please respect our design work. You are encouraged to share it on your platforms to boost your visibility and increase the chance of bookings managed by us. If a client contacts you directly, you are free to manage it yourself, but we can also handle your schedule for convenience.
3. Be Fully Prepared for Every Job
Once a job is confirmed, make sure you:
- Arrive on time
- Bring everything required (tests, clothing, shoes, makeup, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance (hair, nails, skin, hygiene)
- Are respectful and professional at all times
4. Keep Your Portfolio Updated
Send us new photos regularly so we can update your profile. Fresh profiles appear at the top of our model list, giving you more visibility and better chances of being booked.
5. Commission Payment
After completing a job arranged by the agency, you must send 10% of your total earnings as commission. You have 7 days to make the payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or another method agreed upon with the agency.
6. Cancellations and Force Majeure
This industry relies on the coordination of many people and resources. If you cannot attend a confirmed job, you must inform us immediately so we can find a replacement. Unjustified absences cause serious harm and will be penalized.
Unless it is a legitimate case of force majeure (such as illness or a verified emergency), the model is required to pay the full agency commission (20%) based on the total amount they would have earned for that job.
7. Do Not Skip the Agency
Do not bypass the agency when working with clients who contacted you through us. We work based on trust, transparency, and professionalism. If this trust is broken, the model will be suspended from receiving new jobs for 6 months, and we may permanently remove your profile from our platform.
